About
Tracheostomy is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes cutting-edge research in all aspects of tracheostomy procedure, intervention and care. Each submitted article deemed appropriate for the journal by the editorial staff will be peer-reviewed prior to acceptance and publication. Peer review is completed by a minimum of two reviewers with expertise in the submitted journal content. Peer reviewers are identified through their expertise and scientific contributions. Tracheostomy’s editorial staff will communicate, and mentor authors as needed through the process.
The goal of Tracheostomy is to publish multidisciplinary studies and articles that will introduce best practices and encourage improved outcomes around tracheostomy care. Clinical and bench studies, evidence-based practice or quality improvement projects, review of literature, case studies, clinical perspectives, and letters to the Editors are all welcome.
Please reach out to headquarters with any questions, [email protected].
Tracheostomy will be open access at free of cost to disseminate your scientific work to a large audience.
